Buddy

Buddy here! 

I’m looking for a family to celebrate my first birthday with me in style. My foster mum tells me I’m one smart cookie and simply adorable! I’m happy to show off my basic commands for those yummy treats. 

Walk time and playing in my fenced yard are the highlights of my day.  I get my silly puppy energy out and the I'm ready for a good nap in a comfy spot. I’m refreshing my leash skills with my fancy no pull harness and can’t wait to continue learning with my new family. 

I have an older Lab in my foster home and we get along great. There is also a cat here that goes about her business and that's fine by me. I share my toys and space without a problem. 

I've been for lots of car rides, and love hanging out in the back seat there while you do your errands!  

All people, big and small are exciting and interesting to me. I take no time at all to warm up and soak up all the love. 

I'm your typical young pup with handsome good looks and a winning personality. I'm happy to learn anything you want to teach me, just bring the treats and let's start making memories together!

FOSTER UPDATE:

“Buddy is adjusting so quickly to home life here with my Lab and the grandkids. He hasn't once touched anything that isn't his. He waits patiently in the car while I run errands and rides along in the back seat like a gentleman. He's a happy ,energetic 10-month-old pup who would be great with an outdoorsy family with space to play and maybe even a cottage. He loves being outside. He's perfectly house trained, and sleeps beautifully through the night. He walks quite well on a double leash with his harness and waits patiently while we stop to chat with neighbours. He would love continued direction and endless love for his new family.”
