Jack

Hi, I’m Jack! I’m a 7-month-old yellow Lab, and I’m ready to find my forever family. I’m a super snuggly guy — if you’re sitting down, I’ll probably try to squeeze right next to you on the couch or in the big bed. I love playing with other dogs and having a buddy to romp around with. My favourite toy is a stuffing-less stuffy or my chew bone, and I could play fetch any time of day!

I’ve got great house manners and know my basics, but sometimes I get so excited to see people that I forget to keep all four paws on the ground — gentle reminders help me remember. I’m still learning how to be the best boy on leash, but I’m eager to learn and love spending time outside exploring. Oh, and car rides? My favourite spot is riding shotgun, watching the world go by but I can learn to love my spot in the backseat too.

 I’ve met lots of children and though I haven’t lived with any, I enjoy the company of older, dog savvy kids.
